During a recent trip to Beijing, our friend Grace took us to a restaurant famous for Peking Duck. Here in Beijing, they simply call it roast duck, or kaoya. The restaurant is called Da Dong.
It was seriously good food. We ordered a few rice dishes, some eggplant, some vegetables, and most importantly, some roast duck. It was really quite delicious.
