Bag lunch

Time to eat a quick lunch. Here's something I picked up at the veggie market. It's cold salad. Veggies and beancurd and some noodles. They keep them in different pans, and you can choose whatever you want in it. Then they add sesame sauce and vinegar, hot sauce, msg, and garlic. Yum!!!

Shipping stuff home

It's amazing how much stuff you accumulate over three years. When we first came over, we didn't want to buy anything, but three years is a long time to go without stuff. Now we are coming home and here is how we're sending some of our stuff back.

Before you judge, some of it is stuff we bought specifically because of the crate... Like an old school treadle sewing machine with table... But to be honest, most of the rest of it is mine.

Under where?

How would you market underwear? Here are two examples from the same company. I couldn't tell you which is funnier, but thought people would enjoy this. And yea, I believe the brand name is "mron". I mentally added another "O" to that when I saw it. So, which type is more attractive?

DVD

Can you spot the spelling mistake? Check out this DVD set of the entire Veronica Mars series.... Total price for the box set is 80 RMB or about 12 CAD. On the back of the box is an even better mistake. The funny thing is that it is on the copyright disclaimer

It says "for non-commercial private exhibition in houmes only."

Want some random crockery? A fun game they play out on the 'bund' of Tanggu is pictured below. For 5 RMB, you can get 20 hoops. If you throw your hoop over your favorite piggybank/vase/ashtray, you get to keep it.
